No. You don't ask to be scouted, if someone thinks you deserve to be scouted.
Also, please read the rules before uploading. That song on your page is not by you. Only original creations are allowed on newgrounds, this isn't a GD hosting site. Might as well just take it down yourself and save the mods the trouble of removing it.
