I never bothered with it but during a certain year in my school we had a mindfulness class and our teacher just made us eat malteasers slowly and throw a shock ball around which scared the everliving fuck out of me
So yeah, I don't have the healthiest view on mindfulness..
Mindfulness is actually very interesting, since physically, the past and future do not and never will exist. We only directly experience the present moment, so why not actively enjoy being where we are instead of letting our minds bring us outside of ourselves? I love mindfulness.
