best ways to promote your game? 2017-03-12 21:46:21

I'm currently using a facebook page and youtube channel to talk about my game.
And I've been sharing it through facebook groups. But I was wondering what
other methods of promoting/sharing games I could maybe use? Any suggestions?

Also here's my game's facebook page, please check out and like!

Edit a gameplay trailer of your game, showcasing the game's features?
And then you can link the trailer through your Facebook.

Merely talking about the game is one thing but let people see the game in action and let the game speak for itself.

Good thinking, I'll try making one during my next update of the game.

try going on twitter and posting to #ScreenShotSaturday for in-progress games, or #gamedev or #pixelart or whatever your game uses.

if you're going the steam route, or if it's a decent sized game try contacting VG review websites like kotaku, twitch streamers and let's players
