The majority of the artists in this forum won't do this type of work for free, the time they spend on doing a banner based on a name with no other source material besides a logo, there is no point. They could spend their time drawing something interesting for the same lack of pay. You may find someone willing to do it but i doubt the end result will look as great because you pay for what you get.
