The portal site only shows the last recent 50 or Top20, etc.
But where do I find the submissions that have not been deleted? For example, someone submitted a game 2 days ago and it was not deleted. Where can I find it?
Is there a full list of all available flashs on this site?
If you know the name of the game, you can use the search to look for it. If you know who made it, it'll be in their profile and again you can use the search to look for flash by them. It won't go away, it may be hard to find. Although if you say it was only submitted a couple of days ago, you can click the "all" button under the recent 50 and search there.
Basically what jonthompson said, if you know the name of the flash, or the name of the author, do a search, other than that, unless it's featured on the front page or in one of the sections such as "Games", "Toons", or "Genres and Series", you will probably never see it again, although it will stay on Newgrounds
Another way to find submissions is to use google. Put the name of the movie (first) and then put site:www.newgrounds.com and you get results.

There are thousands of submissions. Even if there was a list, it wouldn't be helpful unless you knew the name of it, so use the search.
Vote on something, then on the page that shows how your vote affected its score, there is a link to "view random portal entry". Click on that.
