English only to my knowledge. However, I believe there is a Translation Club that could help you.

You can try this, but I don't know if the translations are accurate.
There is English -> French/Spanish/German/Italian/Dutch/Portuguese/Russian/Norwegian.

An online translator is never going to be 100% accurate. For that, you'd need a human translator.

No. If you want the whole site translated, you're best going to the site mentioned or Babelfish or something like that, and you should be able to catch the drift. If you want a specific section done accurately, the aforementioned Translation club should help.
