hey newgrounds i was wondering if anyone could help me out with photoshop 7 im new to it and im wanting to make some kick ass sigs with it and i dont know much about it if anyone could give me there msn or something where i might be able to learn how to make some cool effects to my sigs?

Try experimenting with the filters.
Head over to the Photoshoppers Club the next time you have questions, if you don't mind. It would be nice to have all this stuff centralized so people can benefit from reading the old posts.
Also, just as a suggestion to a newb, I'd recommend taking 1337 out of your screen name. Nobody uses 1337 in any seriousness here, and it's just one more thing to get flamed about if you piss anyone off =/
