Just google for sprites or sprite sheets. You won't need to "create" anything since odds are it's already been done. Use Photoshop, Flash, or the like to set the backgrounds to clear.
But i want to create an new, never seen, created by my own, original sprite!

For all ya need to know about spritinh
By sprite, do you mean low-resolution, static bitmap? If so, just use MSPaint.
If you want animated ones, flash mx is good, for static ones, use paint.
I want to create static pictures for flash mx... Like sprites! I created the picture i show you now with paint in 30 seconds. You know, pixelled like those sprites we use in flash movies... How to create a picture as pixelled as those from snes games?
I think asking this in the flash section will also help a little.
Make sprites in paint then animate them in a program like flash MX™.
If you really need to ask this then you should try to make them. =/
Make something really small in paint, then make it bigger. MAGIC!!
