To those that need a voice actor for your animations, I will not disappoint. I can do many, many voices. Check out my demo reels on my account if you're interested (I've gotten a better microphone since I recorded them).

Heh, I didn't want to join at first so I wasted 5 days prior to joining. My animation won't be much longer than a minute. The concept is pretty rushed too but I'll try my best despite all this.

Yes, all entries are considered so long as they fall within the rules and aren't a blatant troll of the contest (Fedora King...)
There's no contest penalty for unfinished work, but it will definitely be reflected in your scores!!

Just check the permissions for each sound you use on Freesound. Some want you to mention the source in the credits. You can use any of them though.
