Same situation for me. During my off time, I pretty much finalised the idea for my part. Also, finally ordered a new intuos graphics tablet to replace my old wacom bamboo.

Will properly work on my part next week.

Looks like we're all in the same boat. This is my last year of graduation and my course is business-related. I just make art for fun. However, I try to draw something every day, even if that means having only 5 hours to sleep. lol

Been a few days since I've posted a teaser. Here's a new (full sized) screenshot teaser. I've got 4 more "scenes" to do and I'll be done with my part. Granted they're pretty quick and (mostly) simple to do. I should be done within a week or so.

The background details are nice, But i'm unsure of what is happening with the animation. It appears as if the guy is saluting then falling over. For your character animation, I'd go with the #333333 color so it stands out over the background, it's a bit darker than your current color.

it has potential, but i'm just not sure what is going on, most likely because it's unfinished.

Looking good so far bud, from what I can see from your sketching, I think this video by Aaron Blaise will really help you out with that creature's stance. I'd like how you made it very thick on the bottom, but something about your legs don't quite fit with his bulky design. I may even go with giving him shorter legs, or having them higher up on his body. Check the video out though.

I have other animation priorities at the moment, but plan to start animating my entry sometime late May. I know how hypocritical it sounds that I'm asking you guys to update your statuses while I stay in the dark, but rest assured, many updates are on the way soon.

My part will probably involve a fight scene.

Awesome man, I'm sure you're part will be awesome. We've got a lot of action so far in this years collab it seems.

I decided to change a few things in the final scene, which will delay the final piece a little. Not a big deal. Here's a wider point of view of my part. The red line represents the amout of frames already done.

I really want to be a part of this but I'm not sure how active I can be on the forum as I'm always working...but I'm totally down for what ever!

Looking awesome dude, a quick 'tip' the crumbled looking armor(?) on the ground, looks a bit like a puzzle piece at the moment, I'd recommend doing a quick frame overtop of the dropped pieces with some details, like, cracks and shading. Just to give it a more refined look. Unless it something completely different or course. Just a personal critique I wanted to throw in. Otherwise looking great, can't wait to see it in the final draft.

Thank you, Paul, for the feedback. Actually that's the shield that breaks in a certain moment. I'll come back to it when I finish the final scene to add more details as you mentioned.

Ah it was his shield, got it. That makes sense, I'd still add in some lines or details for depth, but looks really good so far. Keep up the good work!

Hey guys, couldn't really do much progress for the last couple of days due to a prior engagement. Will be working more on the storyboard today.
