Voice Actor Wanted!!!

Good afternoon all, I am after a Male Voice actor, my talented animator friend Peltos and I are doing a new series of Flash, which requires a single voice actor, a voice actor who gets to play Little Boy Death, a dark angered individual who lives on the brink of sanity, calling home in the Darkside. He was once human, happy and in love but after much heartbreak, he has become different, and we would like someone to voice him, essentially the script for the animations are actually poems, poems which the voice actor will narrate as the animation plays out.

Because Little Boy Death is an angered soul, full of hate, rage, sadness, heartbreak and knows now only solitude, he has a gravelly voice, dark, consider it a Batman voice, much like the one used by actor Christian Bale when he played the caped crusader, also as it is poetry you will be reading, you will need to be able to relate to the emotions of the poems.

If interested, message myself or Peltos, I have pasted a poem below, which you can read and actually record yourself reading, as an audition, then send the recording to myself or Peltos and we will determine who has the perfect voice for the flash.

This is an unpaid job and is only for two flashes at the moment, but with the potential to be many more as the Little Boy Death collection of Poems currently stands at 16 poems, with more in the way.

Dead on the Floor:

“The Cuts on my arms hurt me not,

reasons I done them I have forgot,

my bright blood flows an awful lot,

Life sucks so I'll give Death a shot.

every second I grow more pale,

looking down I see my red trail,

maybe in Death I will not Fail,

the Reaper he comes he comes now.

Maybe I shouldn't have done this,

but in throes of Death I know Bliss,

in the form of an icy kiss,

I'm the no-one no one will miss.”

PAIN:

“Pain is not getting hit by a car,

it is drinking heavy in a cheap bar,

falling in love with the girl sat afar.

Pain is not drowning whilst out at Sea,

it is a girl single wild and free,

knowing she will never wants to be with me.

I've survived Hell but can not survive this,

my life I'd give for just a single kiss,

moments spent with her are moments of bliss.

Real Pain is to fall in Love with no Love back,

tonight I shall end this one way Love track,

lying dead and cold in a body sack.”

I Suffer:

“I Suffer,

I Suffer because you let me,

I Suffer because you left me.

I Suffer because I care,

I Suffer because you don't,

I Suffer because you won't.

I Suffer because I have no one to hug,

I Suffer because I have no one to hug me,

I Suffer because I have no one to love me.

I Suffer because I failed,

I Suffer because you won,

I Suffer because you're always number one.

I Suffer because I am hurt,

I Suffer because I am in pain,

I Suffer because you drove me insane.

I Suffer because you want me to Suffer,

I Suffer because I let you,

I Suffer because I need you.

Hey guys, I have listened to both of your auditions and both were very good, you both managed to capture the essence and characteristics of Little Boy Death, I am now waiting to hear from my colleague to see what he thinks and shall be in touch soon.

When I started this post, my partner and I were after a Voice actor, which we still are, but now we can show you what your character will look like and allow you to hear the voice we are going for.
