Hey guys, this is just a rough sketch I made. I need some critics and feedback, and or opinions on what I should tweak to make this sketch more descent before I actually digitally paint it. please and thank you :)

Mouth does not match the head, you have it drawn for < when its more going <V I guess south west would work as a direction discription. The background I am not sure what the heck that is, if its a building, maybe make it look like a skyline rather then a single building by itself. His midsection should be turned more to match his head, I don't remember any of spidermans enemys able to turn their head like a owl (If he can, then maybe make room for strech marks where he is forcing his head to rotate more then it should be able to.) . Lastly, his face is bent oddly, like it caved in, perhaps try sketching a oval head and then warping that to figure out how to fix it.

Hey, I decided to change his form totally. what do you think? I think the width of the shoulders is odd, it makes his head so big..
