for some reason, videos are buffering more than usual, I checked my STeam and nothing is downloading and I also checked Speedtest and it says my internet is also fine, anybody else getting the same problem? it's getting kind of annoying.

Yes. It usually gets better if you come back later though. Either that or close your browser and open it up again. Honestly I just play a match of team fortress or something and come back and it works just fine again.

I really just assumed it was Time Warner being a larger, steamier pile than it usually is. Guess it wasn't just me.

Maybe their servers are finally succumbing to the ever increasing pressure of user uploads? :O
It seems to me like only some videos are slow though, or at certain times, probably when many people are watching a video at the same time or just when more people are online. There doesn't seem to be any fixed pattern for the slowness.

According to a quick analysis, initial load time is 3.098s, repeat load time 1.096s, with 79 requests in the first load and 20 on repeat. A bit lower than average.
Newgrounds appears to be much slower though, with an initial load on 14.018s and repeat load on 4.297s, but on the other hand the initial requests are 226 and around 30 on repeat.
