Every video I go to has an ad that plays differently. They sometimes play even when you skip the ads. What's worse, almost all the videos I play keep pausing every few seconds. Anybody else having this problem?

Youtube has totally sold out at this point.
The recommended videos don't have anything to do with the videos I'm watching. They just link to videos from users who have loads of sponsors and subs.
The new AdBlock Plus keeps ads that are static (non .gif) and non-intrusive (no video players, popups, "popouts", etc.), so the website still gets revenue, provided it's not a greedy fuck and puts big flashy ads everywhere that spoil the content. Use it and not feel guilty (I don't because I don't give a shit).

It's 2012. How does anybody not have adblock? As for your pausing problem, it might be your internet connection.

The ads on YouTube got too much for me so I installed an ad-blocker. I don't mind ads being shown on web pages but 30 second clips that I have to sit through before I can watch a 5 second clip of someone being hit in the face by a football? Not for me.
