I think the thing that makes me consisnetly laugh the most are those Smosh's "If X Were Real" videos. Apart from the fact that it's wonderfully deconstructive, it's just always great to laugh at, because you always know there's going to be something well thought out. It doesn't even have to be well thought out, it just have to be realistic, which is something you rarely see in movies/video games/cartoons etc.

Another thing that always makes me laugh is Mystery Science Theater 3000/Rifftrax. I say this because I was just watching the riffing of "Wrath Of Khan" and thought it was amazing how they could make so many good jokes about something so good in itself. Seriously, I didn't know what was more enjoyable, the riffing or the actual movie. Keep in mind that I haven't even seen the full movie.
