Use the search feature in the portal and you'll find LOTS of tutorials
If you're looking for NG tutorials, Pilot-Doofy(Is that still his name?) has two pretty good ones. Just use the search author feature.

you can find flash tutorials when you get into the flash portal. you'll see it on the left upper corner where Pico is doing a fingerstand.
