or do the step by step way...
By having a youtube downloader download a clip of an anime you like. Then trim and clip it using audacity to get the only sound effects you just need. Then export.
Or search for a soundboard on the net.
There are things I do and there are things I want to do. Overall, I just want to live my life and end it the way I want.
freesound.org has a decent library of sounds that are under a Creative Commons license.

the only problem with that is when it is recorded the background music is also with the sound effect
