I have 2 computers, with *deep breath*:
Mac OS-X, Fedora (2x), Ubuntu, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Android X86 (in a virtual machine that is).
That's 8 OS's, like a boss.
Replacing the Vista partition with a clean install of Windows 7 soon, though.
Started off with Windows 7, then Windows XP, Windows Vista, and my new laptop is back to Windows 7 and probably won't have Windows 8 until a few months after it comes out.

Windows 7 because it kicks-@$$.
And that's all I have to say about that.

Someone's obviously never tried Windows 1995
Windows 7. I don't get why a lot of people don't like it, it's one of the best if not the best OS I have used.
Mac, Snow Leopard. I hate every second I spend with it.

It's withdrawal symptom. You're used to seeing at least 20 crashes a day, so you can't handle an OS that runs smooth without crashing.
The 10-year-old piece-of-shit computer I'm on originally had Windows Millennium, but now is currently running Windows XP. The laptop I'm getting in a week or two will have Windows 7.
I'm on a Mac with Snow Leopard on it. I also have Virtual Box with Windows XP on it but it's slow and dull so I never use it. I had Linux too for a bit but quickly got rid of that.
I use Window 7 as my OS, I would've still had Windows XP if my hard drive didn't crash on me.

Using Ubuntu at the moment, picking up a new laptop that will be running 7 ultimate soon. I'll probably end up throwing on a partition for ubuntu though.
Got Win7 on the home computer and a lightning fast ubuntu netbook. Both serve there purpose well.
On a macbook, osx 10.6.8 with a windows 7 partition.
I don't feel like I'll be upgrading for a long, long time. Both Lion (osx 10.7) and Windows 8 look like complete shit.
