wii plus is something you put on the original wii controller to play some games like the zelda that's coming out some time

Also, as some guy above me said, Wii Plus (Or, Wii Motion Plug?) is a peripheral that attempts to make the Wii's motion control a tiny bit better.
The 'new Wii' should be properly revealed at E3, although there are a lot of rumours and supposed leaked videos for the new console, codenamed Project Cafe.
