I found and this thing in my room that lets me watch tv on my laptop. Anyway I connected my ps2 using the r/y/g wires to this thing, that is called Hapuage wintv 2000 and everything works except the sound and video quality is applaing. How I fix this?

Is that what you are referring to? It's just a shitty tv tuner, get something better.

Yea Iv actually had the tv tuner for years just never used it. Is there a way of making the quality better? And what else could I use?
Dunno if you can do anything about it, you'd probably just have to shell out for a more expensive one that can output better quality.
