My character, Overlord-Doomsday. Very murderous, I'd say...

Tip #1
Don't use Paint. Try GIMP of all things.
Added to that, unless you know what you're doing with things like line tools and whatever it's called in gimp, I'd say stick to pencil and paper, drawing with a mouse isn't going to help you much.
