Well half of it goes to taxes so duh, i would use the rest for my schooling/ future, give some to family, buy and invest in things, donate plenty to haiti and other needy countries, and if there is any left use it to travel around the world ^^

I think we're in debt like 3 Trillion.
Same
Our debt is 14 trillion dollars.

Well, it's 14 billion dollars in UK speak - a billion is a million million, while a US billion is a thousand million. Quite a difference.

A trillion in the UK would be a million billion (or a million million million = 1 x 10 to the power of 18, i.e a 1, with 18 zeroes after it)

Okay, class dismissed.

Convert to Pounds, Use £5000 a year until i finish uni and give some to my family.

This summer take my mates on a wicked holiday.

Put the rest in savings until i need a house and for travelling once i've finished uni.

Decimal Fail. I would probably save that $100 dollars for the future.

I'm reading that as "One hundred point zero zero zero point zero zero zero point zero zero zero dollars"... Is that some kind of IP address?

I know everybody dies eventually, I just hope an exception will be made in my case.

Wait what? I refuse to believe that the UK has a different meaning for the word billion and trillion.

Apparently it used to be that way... wow, that is some crazy shit. But they changed it according to that official looking link. Wow.

Anyway, I liked the idea of clearing mine and all my friends' college debt. After taking care of various family members I'd probably invest a ton of it and buy/start some sort of financial management firm or holding company.
