You can join, but you'll have to work your way back up again. You can join the forums, and when wondereyes next comes on, he'll give you a rank. On the forums, you can join one of the teams, which have specific duties. Missions are either for you individually, or for the whole NGDD. Some are on the forums, and some come through this thread. Enjoy.
