The SOHO are the generals of this department (Department Chief of Staff included). Wonder ain't a member of the SOHO. He stands above it. See this like the President (Wonder) and his staff (SOHO).

Leader
Sergeant
Lieutenant
etc.....
It is gonna be like jobs:
Chief of SOHO
etc.....

Everything that happened or is going to happen in a department goes to him. He puts everything straight and organized and he gives that information to Wonder. The guy who has this rank is the inventor of the SOHO or the highest general.
-Department Leaders
These guys are the rest of the generals. They are the leaders of the little departments like: The Blamming Squad and more of those (under construction)

should make running things a lot easier with say 3 people as well as wonder able to hand our jobs etc to get things going, wonder reserves the right to do what he likes with descions though :p

As for snare... theres a recruitment drive on at the mo. Head to newly formed clubs etc and offer them places here.

blackdeath the soho exists now, but it won't have mutch use untill there are more members. But it's there already. raindropsred i can't just go and promote you without a reason, but when descendingangel is thrown out of the ranks you'll be a captain.

good point! only the generals are in the SOHO and i deleted descendingangel from the ranks, SOHO is visible, M-A-R-C-U-S has got the highest rank so he'll be head of the SOHO
