It says in the FAQ that the underdog of the week goes to the flash with the greatest discrepancy of vote scores and review scores.
Does that also apply to high-scored flashes with low review ratings?

Anyway, I see it actually doesn't directly say this in the FAQ, but just kind of implies that it's high reviews and low scores. That's how it actually is, but another thing that is needed in which that isn't listed is the fact that it needs 30 reviews to qualify.
Perhaps another award could be created for the high scored/low reviewed submissions named overrated or something.
