Nothing at spawn can be destroyed, so don't think it's lag if blocks don't break.

I know it's a bit of an inconvenience you guys, but I'm hoping that this will be safer in the long run. I've seen the problems with past servers and I'm trying to avoid them - so far it seems to be working.
