Apparently, front page posting is for spamming, however, I quickly exit the front page because that god-awful music is playing. From what I have seen, though, Tom's taste in movies is iffy at best (He's promotoed some total crap and some decent stuff- you never know) - so there's not that much pride in having front page posting anyway. It either means you send him a lot of hits or he likes your movies - both of which don't mean much when it all comes down to it. Having 8 million BBS postings is nothing to be proud of either. So both of you stop arguing or something.

I "cut" on Tom's tastes because he's had some really bad taste at times. I don't know if he purposely does it to promote the site to the lame-o's or if it's seriously a statement on his true opinion - but sometimes, it is quite bad. I mean, there's crappy music on the front page, for god's sake.

I've liked a lot of your previous stuff in the past as well, so don't get me wrong. However, I made the "assumption" because it was simple human nature. The easiest way to explain it is this question:

Would you maintain a website if you never got praise for it?

I don't feel like getting into any long discourses here, but every human action is based on selfishness to varying degrees - even self sacrifice. I hate the "I slave on this website for you people" argument because it gives the impression that you are getting nothing out of it for yourself. And that argument comes up SOOOOO much.
