Good grief, I'm not proud of it, but have you noticed the stream of red threads before you?
You don't have the requirements in the Collab Rules to host a collab thread, since the chances are it'll crash and burn from poor organisation.
And the themes "Coolest collab" and "Funny People in the Funny World" is incredibly vague.
