3 animators + 2 audio artists + Programmer + Decent Idea + Well thought out presentation = Decent game
-1 animator (flash fucked up, whatever) = No / Crappy Game
+Replacement = Good game agian!!!

yea I do, I don't like using sound libraries so I tend to record all my sounds myself, I'll upload some examples of my work
