I think you should have elaborated a bit more on the rules here...
I`m guessing you mean poeple must make art in flash, but use photoshop textures to "color" it?
Then why must it be made in flash? and why must they be photoshop textures?

I disagree with you there,
I think this could have been a good thread idea. I just think its poorly executed and has a poor starter image.
I would imagine though that a thread full of GOOD "patchwork" drawings would be very cool

Also, I don't think this even was an idea. The op just wanted to have a relevant reason to post a shoddy picture he made. So he made a thread in which you must submit art done in a the same way.
