According to my profile, I'm unscouted, but I don't totally understand why. I was scouted, by Luis, and (to my knowledge) I wouldn't consider my uploaded things qualified as something to revoke my scout. I never received a message or anything, I just kind of found out that I was not scouted any more.
I'd like to know if I did something wrong, who I should contact, or if this is just kind of a fluke in the system?

Normally, stuff like this should be asked here.
Depending on when you were unscouted it might mean different things. A couple of weeks ago the entire Art Portal was accidentally unscouted. Many users had their status recovered but not all. I don't know if/when a full recovery might happen.
In the meantime, I'm sure you would be scouted again if you submit a new piece to the portal.
