If you're new you should have read the Art Forum Rules before posting. All new threads must have an original work of art in the first post.
As far as sketches go you're allowed to post your sketches here in the Art Forum if you'd like, but they don't belong in the Art Portal.
And screencaps from Halo are not sketches, do not post those here in the Art Forum or in the Art Portal. If you want you can probably post them in the Video Game Forum, but don't get upset if they make fun of you.
