Looking for an old Flash movie

Hey guys. I'm looking for this old animation I once saw here on NG. It was about a scientist who creates a tiny elephant, cuts it in half, and attaches the top half to the neck of a body. The elephant-body-head-man then runs for president and ends up being assissinated. All I have is this image I screencapped of it like 3-4 years ago.

Any help would be much appreciated!
