beside to be honest you could use a bit more practice before you could animate other peoples art work. keep trying. (release things too)

second, you can't officially call it a contest unless there's a desirable prize.
third. it takes more than 20 minutes for quality art to be drawn.
fourth. just speaking (semi)professionally, this contest is unimagiative and poorly constructed. this is not something people are going to be peeing their pants for. you may not get quality submissions. but on the other hand you may. but either way, you'll just have to have some P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E.
