More Gta4 Problems (pc)

I got my resolution fixed and whatnot. But on the mission "Late Checkout" I had to Evade N.O.O.S.E

I left the hotel, but my circle kept following me, no one was around. I used a cheat to turn off my wanted level. Now whenever I load up the game, I get slapped in the face with GTA4 stopped working.

How do I delete my autosaves, I tried Reinstalling, but the autosave stuck.

I though you can only save through your windows live account.

PS. what are your computer specs. check that you have enough RAM and a good enough video card. also try turning down the graphic settings.
