I am up to the mission on the Soviet campaign where you destroy the Statue of Liberty. When I destroy it, I finish the mission and when I click continue, it makes me replay that mission again. Is that the last mission or is there a bug?

That's the last mission? It gets destroyed on the first Allied level on Red Alert 2.
