Five hosts reminisce and share their favorite clips from the year's episodes.

This year might have been incredibly weird, but at least it gave us good material.

NGP started on February 20th, 2020. (2/20/2020, niiiiice. Anyone remember that Skyrim was released on 11/11/11? Love those cool dates. Anyway.) The podcast started as a Franken-project between @ACoupleOfCrickets and @GroundsPatrol, but it soon took on a mind of its own.

More hosts joined, episodes varied as we juggled casual hangouts with polished interviews, the format changed and changed. We threw a giant remote Block Party, which was an awesome event and also a catalyst for the show's growth, as it a) tripled our community size and b) brought Xinxinix and Art Talks into the mix. The new creative energy from that zapped NGP into something even bigger, more interesting and more fun.

Now, at the end of 2020, NGP has 37 episodes, a growing listener-base and a truly amazing community of fans. And we're just getting started baybeeeeeeeee.

This episode you're listening to was recorded on December 29th, 2019 with @Will, @PsychoGoldfish, @GoodL, @Xinxinix and our newest co-host @VoicesByCorey. Everybody went back through the archives and pulled clips of their favorite moments of the year. We play clips, we laugh, we drink, we occasionally get sentimental, it's a good time.

If you've enjoyed this show, you can help us grow even more in 2021 by doing these things:

  • Become a Patron! Our Patreon is a means of stacking the show with awesome content while simultaneously giving back to the wonderful creators of Newgrounds. That's why we decided that all of the money will go STRAIGHT back into the artist pool, paying for segments and art and music and merch and other great stuff made by NG creatives instead of going into our own pockets. As a Patron, you get special privileges in our server as well as a shoutout at the end of every show. Between you, us, and the community, it's a win-win-win!

  • Become a subscriber! NGP lives on Newgrounds and on podcast platforms like Spotify, Apple/Google Podcasts, Stitcher and more. So you can double-dip and become a follower on NG and a subscriber wherever you get your podcasts.

  • Talk about us on social media! We don't pay for any ads (see above: all money goes to NG artists) so social media is how we get the word out and grow the show. If you want to support NGP but can't afford to do any money stuff (which is totally understandable cough cough 2020) then this is a great way to do it. Even a single tweet helps!

Thank you to everybody who joined the community this year, and thank you for tuning in!

Cool

Very cool, very inspiring!

ninjamuffin99 got deleted?

I never thought that I needed to hear how Tom Fulp would quiet yell about watching the show, but now that I have my life is complete.

I seriously had no idea when Xin was talking and Corey was talking....
