Hecatomb started out as a school project where we had to make an abstract composition that didn't use any recognisable elements. I ended up taking it a bit further, trying to see if I could tell a story using only a single sample, and this is the result. Like with any good art, the ultimate interpretation is up to the recipient. 

It's very different from what I usually do, and some might not even call it music, but I've long since made my peace with that. If you're able to enjoy this anyways, or at least glean something from it, It'll have server its purpose.

I'm putting this one up for free downloads, so if you, for some reason, want to listen some more to it, have at it!
