I would have to say this is the better remix of Zero's Theme in Mega Man X3 that I have heard of. You have my approval here. Now then, let's see how well you can do if you remix Spark Mandrill. Or heck, try your hand at Cyber Peacock in Mega Man X4. Just a thought. ^_^

A good remix
Was a pretty good track, its got a whole other feel to it now. While this track was great, there are other megaman songs that are more deserving of a remix. Have you Boomercuwanger and Mandril's theme from MX1. Those would be perfect for a remix.
