The Song That Kills You

As I drown in demo's and covers in the work I managed to polish up something to post. Finally got a guitar sustainer, which is very fun. I'm really proud of the guitar work on this one. For some reason all my mp3's are coming out quiet on newgrounds, so if you like this track check out my soundcloud ig (or just turn this one up a little) or maybe i just had my volume down, but im not going to delete this just in case.

Drinking game: take a shot everytime the guitar riff repeats.

The mix is a little washed, like there are a lot of things occupying the mids so nothing really pops that need to (would love to get the drum kick notched up a little higher).

Really like the sounds you're playing with other wise and that guitar line is pretty killer

This is some pretty great stuff! First off, I love the chord progression. I'd never heard the term doomgaze, but it suits it pretty nicely. Always been a fan of MBV and the like as well as industrial and darker stuff. I docked points because it's a tad repetitive. Good work, the outro is sweet. Waveform looks good and it's plenty loud for me. I'm gonna try to send you something soon maybe we can collab on :)

FOUNDDEADINLA responds:

hopefully i can finish the demo's and send some to you aswell. Yeah doomgaze was me misremembering the label blackgaze but i like doomgaze better.
