groovy!
Over the last few years I've become an increasingly ardent fan of surf rock with the Messer Chups specifically on heavy rotation. Their specific brand of classic horror movie infused surf is really appealing to me.
I recently bought a Fender Jaguar guitar and this the first thing I made with it. Long and stupid story short, I used to play a ton, I started practicing more seriously (4-6 hours a day) at 12, went to school for it, then burned out hard and since then have had anxiety surrounding the idea of doing any serious playing again. It's been a long time and I suck now. I'm old. This guitar has reawakened a joy for playing that I was afraid was long gone, and now I can't get enough. The chops on this recording are rusty at best, but I look forward to getting the spark back while exploring without external pressures to excel.
Let me know if you want to use this in something or would like to commission new music.

groovy!
Sick groove you got here. Keep up the awesome. :)
Thank you!
Heyyyy. Very nice.
Big fan of horror rock/punk here. This was the first time I've heard surf rock done this way. You made a fan out of me. You were all over that fretboard man and nice work on that tremolo. The horns were great and not redundant. Good stuff.
Thanks! If you are into the horror surf thing, you might want to check out bands like The Messer Chups, The Bambi Molesters, or Satan's Pilgrims. I'm still diving in myself (pardon the water pun), but I'm finding there are a ton of underappreciated groups out there.
Watch out!! Sharks on surfboards ahead!
That image would be a gnarly t-shirt.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
