Summitta was inspired mainly by that city planet in Star Wars (Coruscant! I had to look it up). Thought it would be very cool to have an extremely tall wide-base-thin-topped city that floated on the water, almost like a buoy.

At first, a small pin on the horizon, but quickly as you approach it begins to grow into a massive city-mall as tall as a mountain!
