I fell in love this this ngl
Hey everyone! This is my submission for NGUAC 2020 (Final Round). I tried to make Epic/Melodic Dubstep using a mix of a classic dubstep chords and a vocoded dubstep bass (Vocodex on FL Studio) for the drops.
I hope you like it!
Also GD creators you can use it in your levels ;)

Thank you :)
Underrated
I love this so much... the beginning isn't great but drop makes up for it.
Haha nice
I like the plucked synths at the beginning. The pause at :13 threw me off of the flow a bit, but the beats at :14 are super catchy and refreshing. The combination of the airy lead at :27 and the hard-hitting bass are great, although the chord progression is a bit cliche. The texture also feels like it’s missing some mid-range instruments, although the mix is rather clean and crisp. I like the cutesy riff and delicious hi-hats you introduce during the bridge at 1:55 and the subsequent variations on the bass at 2:10. There are a lot of fun rhythmic details in this piece, which help keep things engaging despite the minimalism at certain points. I would’ve liked to hear a little more variation on the refrain the second time around (at 2:37), and overall the melodic content in this piece could’ve been a bit more dynamic and memorable. Still, I really enjoy the sound design, rhythmic content, mastering, atmosphere, and progression of this one. Keep at it, Lagiarathalos! ^_^

what I liked:
• I LOVE the tremolo in the beginning, the pause at 0:12, and the reentrance with reverb; just think it sounds very cool
• I like the subtle dubstep elements in the buildup
• good choice to cut out everything in the middle, gave me time to breathe in preparation for the 2nd half
what I think could be improved:
• there's slightly too much sidechain for my liking when the pads are playing
• the drums during the drop are a little too loud and distracting
• I think you could add a little more reverb to the drums during the drop to match the reverb level of the pads in the background
besides my personal preferences in regards to mixing, I really loved this piece overall, great job!
