You have remixed one of my favourites!
... and it's fine.
[00:00]:
single piano note?
ok. Though i think more would be better...
like 4 notes rising on scale.
[00:02]:
bass gituar intro?
Fits! It's ok!
[00:03]:
yes. This autumn chill beat, that i like.
Nothing sticks out.
[00:09]:
Strings?
No. Aspecially when they are dry ("dry" - without filters)
and come out of nowhere, to disappear in the same
song-block (here: verse)
[00:14]:
Instead of those strings earlier i would add something
there in the continuation block, because from strings,
You get back to the same, but louder/enchanced version
of the first bar, what feels weird for me. Tho i like this
enchanced piano - sounds Japanese. : O
[00:25 - 00:48]
calm this bass-kick down! XD
It's loud, it follows melody and goes into the resonating
frequency, which all makes it uncomfortable to listen to.
IMO.
Also, again, nothing really changed in the energy of this
part/block... the strings... cellos now???
personally i don't like it.
[00:48 - 01:00]:
D
so happy!
the energy loosens/chills out a bit. - nice.
STOP THOSE CELLOS, THEY ARE DRILLING
INTO MY EARDRUMS! - but jokes aside, my mind
focuses too much on them!
[01:00]:
*notes* Let the strings shine now!!! *notes*
it's a chill beauty valley before action, so now i'd like to
fall on the feathered pillows of (wet/edited) strings. - by
this i mean that this part is where our ears would probably
want to rest... and correctly softened strings, that You
have in Your toolbox, fit amusingly. For me now the strings
should be more apparent and soft, to create this relief
"love scene".
I think Your strings's melody/arp is fine! -
just and a slow chord progression on another softer string
instrument.
I'm afraid this mix is too fast for the melody here and... is
there a mispositioned note here?
[01:11 - 01:22]:
2nd best part
(btw. remove those sneaky strings ;P )
[01:22 - 01:32]:
no, i'm afraid untransitioned distorted gituar as a
progression is not fine enough.
...
The more i listen to this part, the more i like it... : O
Ok, so just apply a fade-in transition.
[01:32 - 01:45]:
The part is ok.
[01:45 - 01:58]:
A huge YES.
But the ride baseline is not right IMO:
It is in the "buuup" frequencies... XD
the starting note of each pattern.
I can see that the first 4 bars and second are
chosen corectly: "loop once and drive out"...
but the frequencies... ;_;
forget it. Let's say that it's my ears thing...
[01:58 - 02:18]:
Offf...
Snake?
Sorry, the part is just empty and bland for me.
Not much happens, but that's ok, because
now it's a rest for my mind, to have a place
without constantly changing stuff.
[02:18 - 02:30]:
was that angels?
bring back the strings! use the strings.
expose me to the strings.
strings are great for relief moments and
build-up moments.
[02:30 - 02:55]:
Japanese piano from before... ok.
[02:55 - 03:07]:
I would elaborate on this. It's creative.
[03:07 - 03:12]:
It will never sound as cool, without >5
automation sliders, so i don't blame.
[03:12 - 03:56]:
take me there.
You did a good job.
Tho i wish i heared a hardstyle-gerned
version of this part. - just dreaming.
(: D
[03:56 - 03:12]:
I know this part and that it is just like
here...
but...
NO! It's ok.
(lul 2000 chars ;_; why so detailed...)
In the end...
make songs, coz You like it, right?
Do it.
This remix is fine.
This is the first song i see (EDIT: HEAR!!!) from You,
so i wish You good luck!
^_^
