where's "lo-fi" genre tag?

I suddenly caught an inspiration and decided to make a track with that synth. And I've got lo-fi (thb hever heard of this genre. perhaps once, but not more.) I like chill tracks, and have to say, I wanted to call it "Chill Wind"
