In this episode we interview the Preproduction Artist for Cyanide and Happiness. You may know him as Geoff Galt or @Phobotech!
Originally this episode was supposed to be part retail story, part interview with a Geoff. We ended up telling so many retail stories that there was no way we were going to fit our interview in as well. Then on top of it the interview went much longer than I thought.
Geoff has a very interesting story to tell. Not only is he a great artist, but he's also a professional voice actor and a published author.

Quite a history for Phobotech, speaking of; I do miss the photoshop threads, those were always fun to watch.
I feel when Phobotech was modding, I could see the compassion in his posts and that he genuinely cared a lot about the threads he posted to and users he tried to help.
Also, funny how the podcast length is 84 minutes and 48 seconds long, palindrome number, ahaha. :D

While I do love Phobotech, he is definitely misinformed about the proper way to catorgize foods.
I guess I wasn't active enough at the time to know about Dick Neck lmao. Also hadn't actually heard that much about Cyanide and Happiness before so it was interesting hearing about it, and it's also wild hearing that Geoff was in something as early as Deus Ex.
I got like nine of those films before anyone in the podcast guessed them so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself.
You did a lot better on the game then you think as well because I cut out quite a bit of dead silence!
You both are kings! Thank y'all so much, this was a lot of fun! I'll use a better microphone next time, lmao. Thanks for going through editing this, I apologize for talking so, so much. I think I even interrupted a few times, I'll get better about that moving forward.

Dom got a new mic and we tried a new system where we both record with audacity at the same time and it worked beautifully. In 2 episodes the quality will go through the roof in comparison.
