The 8th installment into The Magic of Childhood Series.

Sorry for the hiatus!

The boy is 15 now, and every last bit of happiness left in him is gone when he sees his father get murdered on a snowy January night. While he is a key witness, he doesn’t fully grasp who the killer is until later.

This one's kinda different from the rest in the series so far ngl

Total Time: 12 hours 22 minutes

Heck yes! More Magic of Childhood! Been waiting for this

Glad you could make it back! More will be coming soon :)

Sounds oddly heroic yet dark in a "the hero riding a horse to an uncertain fate" kind of way, which makes sense as the character has still some happiness but is gradually losing it, and the scale used here kind of gives me off a spanish vibe.
But yeah, that final part really sets the mood for the story you described, if anything I would associate that cresendo at the end combined with the intense percussion and trumpets to a desire of revenge, or plainly very intense rage and hatred on top of the sadness from right after the gunshot.

theweathermanYT responds:

Glad you enjoyed! The Spanish vibe is intentional, which should give this whole story some setting... keep returning and more will be revealed...
