I like the gritty bass riff at the beginning. The percussion and vocal samples at around :15 are nice too, and the rhythmic content and sound design make the piece really catchy and refreshing. The texture is a bit thin, bass-heavy, and transitional at times, but I like the intensity by around :45. I think the piece could use some stronger melodic content and some more structural relief in the form of an atmospheric bridge or extended breakdown. Still, for a short piece it comes together really well. Nice job with the production quality, synths, and mood/atmosphere here. Keep at it, Connor! ^_^

I don't think comparisons are the most tasteful way to express appreciation, but in this case it's too good of a fit.
Have you seen Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse? I absolutely loved the art style and music in that film, and the airy, adventurous, colorful, menacing, playful piece you have here really reminds me of that fortunate treat of a movie.

Great composition and production. Very good mix of playful synths and authentic orchestral elements.

ConnorGrail responds:

Hey, thanks for the listen and review.
Honestly, that comparison is something I didn't even think of, but as I was taking inspiration from stuff with very similar fun/crazy tones as that movie it is nice to hear :)

Good hustle, pal. I enjoyed the variety you mixed into this, and you can never go wrong with incoherent, deep face frequencies! Haha

ConnorGrail responds:

Thanks for listening once again, friend! May the hustle be felt across the land

Hey this is neat! The arrangement is a lot of fun.
The mood's well set with the gritty basses/horns, deep piano, and impactful drums. And then as it progresses, I love how the various sounds and synths talk to each other.
Great submission dude!

ConnorGrail responds:

Thanks! Happy to hear the comment about the elements interacting, one of my favourite things to do is combine tons of things in different ways.
