7/10. My mark is simple: firstly - there is no bright transition between parts. Usually it's an any fill instrumental or basic, drum. It's very important in any soundtrack, cause soundtrack in this case sounds more interesting and brightly. Secondly: again - Composition isn't true genre of your work. My mark would higher, if this work was like a Techno or Synthwave. Rhythm of Drum N Bass is usually broken or sincoped. Without this minuses this work is good.)))

I like this!! Your build-up is well done, however, it's let down by the lack of a real drop imo. I'd love to hear up to 0:43 followed by a much faster drop section (really go for it, even if its just the same melody you used with a raised tempo, that's fine). DnB is percussion, and thusly has to really hit home. This song doesn't hit hard enough imo, and I think that's a speed issue.
