My dear, sweet world,

So, the story behind this one is extremely personal; somewhat ironic, since it's not actually about me. For the sake of my own privacy, and that of whom it concerns, I won't tell you the details. What I will tell you, is that the writing of this song was proceeded by weeks of clouded thought. Memories roamed my mind, and I didn't know what to think. So, instead of wallowing within the labyrinth my imagination had built within my mind, I instead set out to make my own exit; that was this song. It jumps between a few musical flavors, with the sole purpose of satiating the various different states of mind that were dominating my headspace at the time.
